Propuesta de reparación de viviendas dañadas por subsidencia

Abstract

RESUMEN El presfuerzo exterior como alternativa para reparar estructuras, es una técnica empleada con diferentes fines. Este trabajo propone usarlo con el fin de restaurar el nivel de un inmueble de mampostería confinada, afectado por subsidencia en el Valle de Aguascalientes. Una alternativa de refuerzo que muestra una opción accesible y de rápida ejecución a los problemas de asentamientos en cientos de viviendas del estado. Los resultados de este trabajo se resumen en tres soluciones a un mismo problema, cada una con pros y contras que llevan al cuestionamiento sobre ¿cuál es la mejor alternativa? Pero concluyendo en cada alternativa, que es posible reparar estructuras dañas por el efecto de la subsidencia haciendo uso del presfuerzo exterior en combinación con otros métodos de reparación estética.

ABSTRACT External prestressing as an alternative for repairing structures is a technique used for different purposes. This work proposes using it to restore the level of a confined masonry building affected by subsidence in the Aguascalientes Valley. It is a reinforcement alternative that offers an accessible and quick solution to the settlement problems affecting hundreds of homes in the state. The results of this work are summarized in three solutions to the same problem, each with pros and cons that lead to the question: Which is the best alternative? However, each alternative concludes that it is possible to repair structures damaged by the effects of subsidence by using external prestressing in combination with other aesthetic repair methods.
