RESUMEN
La Coordinación General de Informática (CGI) del Instituto Nacional de Estadística, Geografía e Informática (INEGI) necesita documentar la arquitectura empresarial relacionada con el ambiente tecnológico del Instituto con la finalidad de avanzar en la lineación de esfuerzos y la efectiva estandarización de los servicios informáticos que ofrece.
Para llevar a cabo el trabajo requerido se propuso un proyecto donde los servicios fueron documentados por los responsables de cada servicio. Posteriormente fueron relacionados entre sí para evaluar su funcionalidad y afinidad técnica, con el propósito de identificar aquellos servicios que pueden fusionarse o complementarse y dar paso a un solo servicio consolidado.
Se hizo de una metodología basada en marcos de trabajo existentes y herramientas tecnológicas. Durante el proceso se presentaron sugerencias para su mejora, así como modificaciones a los instrumentos utilizados para detallar la arquitectura de cada servicio.
ABSTRACT
The CGI of the INEGI needs to document the enterprise architecture related to the technological environment of the institute in order to advance in the alignment of efforts and the effective standardization of the IT services it offers.
To carry out the required work, a project was proposed where the services were documented by those responsible for each service. Subsequently they were related to each other to evaluate their functionality and technical affinity, with the purpose of identifying those services that can be merged or complemented and give way to a single consolidated service.
A methodology based on existing frameworks and technological tools was used. During the process, suggestions for improvement were presented, as well as modifications to the instruments used to detail the architecture of each service.
