Abstract

RESUMEN Título: Evaluación de escala de dolor en pacientes sometidos a bloqueo subaracnoideo con dos diferentes técnicas de infiltración en cirugía electiva en el HGZ 3 IMSS Aguascalientes. Investigador asociado (Tesista): Dr. Victor Manuel Covarrubias Gordillo Antecedentes: Las técnicas anestésicas han ido evolucionando a lo largo de los años siempre con la finalidad encontrar mejor técnica que mejore experiencia del paciente, su confort y logre tener una alta seguridad al realizarla estas prácticas suelen variar anestesiólogo es interrogante realizar o no un habón subdérmico lidocaína 2% concentración previa inserción aguja whitacre en zona lumbar. Tras múltiples estudios diferentes autores surge buscamos esclarecer si el calibre para realización previo bloqueo subaracnoideo realidad importa disminuir percepción dolor simplemente menor afecta técnica. Objetivo: Evaluar escala pacientes sometidos dos infiltración cirugía electiva HGZ 3 IMSS Aguascalientes. Material métodos: Se trata estudio observacional prospectivo transversal. El se realizara muestreo aleatorio simple, incluyendo nuestro universo mayores 18 menores 60 procedimiento quirúrgico bajo anestesia regional dosis única periodo 01 Junio 30 Septiembre 2022 muestreando total 102 pacientes. Utilizando variables cuantitativas utilizará t student, las cualitativas usará Chi2 análisis varianza, considerando p significativa cuando sea 0.05. Recursos e infraestructura: área quirófano, equipo subaracnoideo, whitacre, hipodérmica 20G, 25G, 2%, plumas, hojas.

This is the question of whether or not to perform a 2% concentration lidocaine subdermal wheal prior to inserting the Whitacre needle in the lower back. After multiple studies by different authors, the question arises that we seek to clarify if the gauge of the needle for the realization of the subdermal wheal prior to a subarachnoid block actually matters to reduce the perception of pain or simply the realization of a subdermal wheal with a needle of smaller caliber does not affect the perception of the technique. Objective: To evaluate the pain scale in patients undergoing subarachnoid block with two different infiltration techniques in elective surgery at HGZ 3 IMSS Aguascalientes. Material and methods: This is a prospective and cross-sectional observational study. The study will be carried out with simple random sampling, including in our universe patients over 18 years of age and under 60 years of age who underwent a surgical procedure under regional anesthesia with the single-dose subarachnoid block technique in the period from June 1 to June 30. September 2022 sampling a total of 102 patients. Using the student's t for quantitative variables, Chi2 and analysis of variance will be used for qualitative variables, considering p significant when it is less than 0.05. Resources and infrastructure: Operating room area, subarachnoid block equipment, whitacre needle, 20G hypodermic needle, 25G hypodermic needle, 2% lidocaine, pens, sheets.
