Resumen
El comportamiento antisocial en las organizaciones, refiere a las acciones intencionales que van en contra de un miembro o la organización, generando repercusiones físicas, emocionales, psicológicas y económicas. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo comprender cuales son las representaciones sociales sobre el comportamiento antisocial en las organizaciones, por medio de una investigación cualitativa, y el enfoque procesual de dicha teoría.
A partir de la entrevista en profundidad, se obtiene los discursos de doce participantes. Los resultados muestran una comprensión natural sobre como los trabajadores interpretan y comparten el comportamiento antisocial organizacional, a partir del tipo de información a la que tienen acceso de acuerdo a sus posiciones sociales y aspectos culturales. Las imágenes los significados y asociaciones, reflejan la funcionalidad de las representaciones sociales, en cuanto a que permiten mostrar la distinción de grupos y sus intereses.
Por otro lado, la función de explicación y justificación del comportamiento antisocial, permite a los trabajadores considerarlo como algo negativo en la organización, y a su vez normal y común, parte de las interacciones diarias, resultado de las necesidades que demanda el lugar de trabajo y como respuesta a problemáticas personales que son llevadas al mismo contexto laboral. Esto permite inferir como los trabajadores llevan a cabo sus planes de acción respecto a los comportamientos antisociales. A partir de esto, se plantea continuar estudiando dicho fenómeno desde la perspectiva de la psicología social, trazando una pauta para futuras intervenciones.

Abstract
Antisocial behavior in organizations refers to intentional actions that go against a member or the organization, generating physical, emotional, psychological and economic repercussions. The present research aims to understand what are the social representations about antisocial behavior in organizations, through qualitative research, and the processual approach of said theory.
From the in-depth interview, the speeches of twelve participants are obtained.
The results show a natural understanding of how workers interpret and share organizational antisocial behavior, based on the type of information they have access to according to their social positions and cultural aspects. The images, meanings and associations, reflect the functionality of social representations, insofar as they allow to show the distinction of groups and their interests.
On the other hand, the function of explanation and justification of antisocial behavior allows workers to consider it as something negative in the organization, and in turn normal and common, part of daily interactions, a result of the needs demanded by the workplace and as a response to personal problems that are brought to the same work context. This allows inferring how workers carry out their action plans regarding antisocial behaviors. Based on this, it is proposed to continue studying this phenomenon from the perspective of social psychology, drawing a guideline for future interventions.
