Actualmente la ciudad de Aguascalientes cuenta con una distribución
administrativa urbana de análisis a través de Zonas Urbanas de Focalización,
mismas que se caracterizan a través de sus necesidades y problemáticas diferentes.
El problema en el caso específico ZUFO San Pedro Norte, zona en la que se avoca
la realización del presente trabajo práctico es que no cuenta con un instrumento
de planeación que regule y ordene el crecimiento de la zona, lo que genera un
modelo de desarrollo urbano expansivo y con ello la dispersión de equipamiento,
infraestructura y movilidad deficiente, además de mayores costos de
implementación y mantenimiento.
Es por ello, que con la creación del presente trabajo práctico denominado
Programa Parcial del ZUFO San Pedro Norte de la Ciudad de Aguascalientes 2020-
2040 se da atención a la insuficiencia de dicho instrumento de planeación
logrando asi establecer objetivos y estrategias que permitan mitigar los problemas
y necesidades generadas en la zona que conlleve a impulsar un crecimiento
ordenado, compacto, conectado, inclusivo, resiliente y sostenible que mejora la
calidad de vida de sus habitantes.

That is why, with the creation of this practical work called the Partial Program of the
ZUFO San Pedro Norte of the City of Aguascalientes 2020-2040, attention is given to
the insufficiency of said planning instrument, thus achieving the establishment of
objectives and strategies that mitigate the problems. and needs generated in the
area that lead to promoting orderly, compact, connected, inclusive, resilient, and
sustainable growth that improves the quality of life of its inhabitants.
