Resumen
La presente investigación versa sobre la inserción laboral de las mujeres transexuales en el mercado laboral en Aguascalientes con una formación profesional, es decir, con una formación universitaria concluida o en proceso.
El núcleo de la investigación es identificar y analizar los elementos que intervienen y cómo se relacionan para que las mujeres transexuales se vuelvan empleables para lograr acceder al mercado laboral en Aguascalientes y rompan la concepción cultural que se ha venido arraigando en las sociedades de: “Mujer transexual= trabajadora sexual y/o estilista”. El objetivo general de la presente investigación es: analizar la inserción desigual desde la familia y los capitales que intervienen para que las mujeres transexuales apliquen determinadas estrategias para formarse profesionalmente y con ello lograr acceder al mercado laboral en Aguascalientes, rompiendo con la asociación: mujer transexual=trabajadora sexual y/o estilista. Todo ello a través de las trayectorias laborales, las cuales serán recabadas por medio de entrevistas semiestructuradas y en profundidad con el fin de analizar las relaciones entre los capitales que propone Bourdieu a partir de que las mujeres transexuales se asumen y viven como tales, así como el papel que tiene la familia dentro de todo este proceso y en la inserción laboral.
Esta investigación pretende insertarse en lo que De la Garza llama los nuevos estudios del trabajo, construyendo conocimiento desde una perspectiva en su mayoría empírica, además es un trabajo que muestra otra realidad laboral para las mujeres transexuales.
Abstract
This research concerns the employment insertion of transgender women in the Mexican labour market with vocational training, that is, with a completed or in-process university education.
The core of the research is to identify and analyze the elements involved and how they relate to make transgender women become to gain access to the labour market in Aguascalientes and break the cultural conception that has been taking root in societies of: "transessexual woman = sex worker and/or stylist". The overall objective of this research is to: unequal insertion and the capitals involved so that transgender women implement certain strategies to train the way professionally and with this achieve access to the labour market in Aguascalientes, breaking with the association: transsexual female =sex worker and /or stylist. All this through the career paths, which will be gathered through semi-structured and in-depth interviews in order to analyze the relationships between the capitals proposed by Bourdieu from the being assumed and lived as such, as well as the role that the family has in this whole job insertion process.
This research aims to insert itself into what De la Garza calls the new studies of work, building knowledge from a perspective it is also a job that shows another work reality for transgender women.
